Foreigners in the Motherland is a short story/comic book experience, that intends to help people who study Bulgarian get more knowledge, practice, and a fun perspective over the life and culture in Bulgaria. The written and visual story-lines intertwine to create a fun and interesting reading experience. The illustrations are hand-drawn by Yoana Nikolova (Dali Bode) and the story is written by Mila Milieva. All the chapters in the book are aimed at developing the reader's understanding and language ability. This is a wonderful first read for people who have just started learning.
